THE Mazda MX-5 is set for summer with a new special edition, the Mazda MX-5 Arizona. The Mazda MX-5 Arizona is the latest in a long line of popular special editions.

Only 1,000 will be available in the UK, offered with either the 1.6 or 1.8-litre engine and a choice of either Sunlight Silver metallic, Blaze Yellow mica or Eternal Red.

The 1.6 gets a high specification list which includes 15-inch alloy wheels, stainless steel scuff plates, aluminium centre console, remote central door locking with boot release, black leather Nardi steering wheel with silver stitching, black leather gear knob and handbrake lever with silver stitching, electric mirrors, style bars and windbreak, electric aerial, black leather heated seats with silver stitching and CD player. The 1.8 gets the same specification with the addition of a Torsen Limited Slip Differential.

Prices are Mazda MX-5 Arizona 1.6 £16,095; and 1.8 £16,695.
