THE MAN man accused of killing a West Kent woman with a parcel bomb 20 years ago was too ill to face trial on Monday.

Keith Cottingham, 73, is alleged to have killed 53-year-old Barbara Harrold in May 1984.

He has been in custody at Elmley Prison on SHeppey since his extradition from Spain, where he has a home, in November 2002.
