TRAFFIC on the M20 was affected early today after a car struck the back of a lorry on the coastbound carriageway between West Malling and Aylesford.

Police, ambulance and firefighters were called to the scene just before 5am.

One passenger was treated for minor injuries at the scene and both vehicles recovered from the hard shoulder.
