Physio Paul Smith could be in line for a Priestfield return after Paul Wilson left the Gills this week.
Smith, pictured, was previously physio at Gillingham and finished last season working with Andy Hessenthaler at Dover.
Hessenthaler confirmed: "We’re talking to certain people and Paul Smith is one of them."
Wilson only joined the Gills last season after leaving his post at non-league Ebbsfleet.
