A MAN died after he was in collision with a Toyota pick-up early on Friday morning.

The victim was in the road opposite the Lord Raglan pub, Chart Hall Road, Staplehurst, when the accident happened.

The 21-year-old man was taken to Maidstone Hospital, but died of his injuries.

Police say there are no charges to be brought against the driver.
