Brits are expected to spend almost £79 billion on Christmas shopping this year, according to the Centre for Retail Research.

However, with money tight for many families more than a third of people in the UK are planning to spend less than £300 on gifts.

KMTV asked shoppers at Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre in Medway how much they would spend on Christmas presents this year.
