Quality Street fans will be able to fill an entire tin with their favourite sweet this Christmas thanks to a pop-up shop at a Kent department store.
And what's more - when customers have made their choice they'll be able to mark the stash as their own by personalising their tin before leaving.
John Lewis has announced its Quality Street pop-up station is returning to Bluewater to enable customers to create bespoke tins of the much-loved sweets ahead of the festive season.
But for the first time the store is extending its etching service to the county to enable customers to replace the word 'Quality' with their own name or street as well as giving shoppers the chance to fill a tin with any single favourite sweet from the 13 varieties on sale which this year includes a new and exclusive 'Crispy Truffle Bite' sweet.
In order to be able to fill a tin with just one sweet customers will be asked to show their ‘my John Lewis’ loyalty card.
Customers who are not current MJL account holders will be able to sign up on the spot for free.
The new Crispy Truffle Bite will go on sale when the Quality Street personalisation station opens in Bluewater on Thursday, September 26.
Rachel Costello, gift food buyer at John Lewis said: “Last year our customers response to the personalised Quality Street tins was overwhelming.
"This year we have gone even bigger with an exclusive sweet, only sold in our shops, and for the first time ever, customers can choose to ‘pick and don’t mix’, ensuring there are no chocolates left languishing at the bottom of a tin.
"I hope our customers in Bluewater will enjoy making personalised tins filled with their own favourites.”
It will cost £15 to choose your favourite sweets and fill a personalised tin or £12 for your favourites without the etching service.
Customers who bought an exclusive John Lewis and Partners tin of Quality Street last year and kept hold of it will be able to return it to a shop and refill it for the lower price of £10.
