Missing Rochester girl Tannis Bradfield-Phillips, found safe and well

A 13-year-old girl who went missing yesterday has been found.

Officers had launched a hunt for Tannis Bradfield-Phillips who was reported missing from Rochester.

The missing teenager has been found safe and well

She had been reported as being last seen in the Medway Towns.
