A teenager who was missing from his home over Christmas has been found safe and well.

Deividas Sakalauskas from Strood, who is also known as David, had not been seen since Monday December 19.

The 16 -year-old had been wearing a black jacket and black trainers when he disappeared and police said he may have links to Gravesend.

Officers have thanked people who assisted with the search.
