A MAN with "bulging eyes" indecently exposed himself to a 12-year-old girl as she crossed a street.

The incident happened when the girl was walking along Carnation Crescent, East Malling, opposite B&Q and parallel to the woods on New Road, at about 6.10pm on Wednesday, January 19.

As she crossed the road she saw a man who exposed himself to her. The offender was white, aged between 40 and 45, about 6ft tall with short brown hair and a moustache.

He was wearing a black puffa jacket, black jeans, black shoes and a dark coloured beanie hat, and is described as having "bulging eyes".

Kent Police have issued an e-fit following the incident.
