POLICE are to investigate a suspicious fire at a breakers yard which saw a digger set alight.
Nobody was injured in the blaze on Monday night in Cornwall Drive, St Paul’s Cray, and the damage to the machine was limited to its cab area.
It took firefighters from Sidcup and Orpington about half an hour to control the blaze.
