An investigation has been launched by Medway Police after a man’s body was found at a home in Chatham last night.

It is not known how old the dead man was, but his body was found at a home in Dale Street, at about 9.25pm.

Officers have now cordoned off the scene and are investigating the death as suspicious.

A spokesman for Medway Police, said: “We are investigating a suspicious death following the discovery of a man’s body at a premises on Dale Street, Chatham shortly after 9.25pm on Wednesday.

“The area has been cordoned off while officers work at the scene. “
