Prices of homes at a new Taylor Wimpey development at Loose, near Maidstone, will be released shortly.
Watermill Grange will be a select development of 122 stylish one and two-bedroom apartments and coach houses and spacious three- and four-bedroom houses.
There will be landscaped grounds with mature trees and green open spaces in an established residential area. The developer says the new homes will offer the advantages of village living with convenient access to a bustling town centre.
Price details are being kept under wraps until the development is officially launched, but house-hunters can put themselves at the front of the queue for the first release of properties by registering their interest.
Mark Pajak, of Taylor Wimpey, said: "Wre looking forward to unveiling this gorgeous development, which will offer a wealth of choice for would-be homebuyers in search of their dream property in a peaceful location.
“We expect these high-quality homes to be hugely popular with discerning buyers, so I would urge property-seekers to give themselves the best chance of finding their ideal match by registering their interest without delay.â€
Loose has schools and two pubs. Watermill Grange is on the edge of the village but also close to Maidstone town centre.
