AN INVESTIGATION is continuing today after the discovery of more than 300 cannabis plants being grown in a Kent town.

Police say that no arrests have been made since the find in Eaton Road, Margate, shortly before 4pm on Tuesday.

Several rooms had been fitted with equipment for the growing of cannabis plants, together with a large number of cannabis plants at various stages of growth.
