POLICE across the UK are trying to trace a missing man who did not return on the expected flight back from his holiday in Turkey.

Bradley Evans, 36, from Kings Langley,

Hertfordshire, was last seen in his hotel bar by staff on Monday, August 6.

His room has been untouched and still contains his personal belongings, including his passport and return ticket.

He was staying at the Club Viva Hotel in Marmaris, and had flown to Turkey from Gatwick on July 23 for two weeks. He was due to fly back to the UK but did not catch his flight - an Excel Airways flight XLA716V.

Mr Evans is described as a white man, around 5ft 7 tall, of medium build with receding, mousey brown hair, blue eyes and several tattoos including a tribal band on the top of his right arm and five dots on his left lower arm.

Kim Pearce, from the Missing Persons Investigation Unit, said: “We are appealing for anyone who recognises the description of Bradley and who may have stayed at the same hotel as him during his stay or possibly caught the same flight to come forward with any information which may help us.

"His family are very concerned for his safety and we would appeal for anybody who may help us trace his whereabouts to contact us on 0845 33 00 222.”
