Land Rover has released pictures of a limited edition Evoque painted in Sicilian Yellow with a contrasting Santorini Black roof and mirrors.
Alternatively buyers can reverse the scheme with a black body, switching the roof and mirrors to yellow. Either way, there will also be yellow stitching on the upholstery, central storage bin, door trims and dashboard coverings, with an additional anodized yellow horizontal strip on the passenger side.
Further styling boosts come from the Black Design Pack, which covers a rear spoiler, darkened front headlights and fog lights, black Range Rover lettering, clear rear lamps, 20-inch Gloss Black forged wheels, Santorini Black painted bumper sections and dark exhaust trim.
This is the first showing of the styling pack, which by the spring will be available on all Dynamic models as an optional extra.
Based on the Evoque Dynamic derivative, the Sicilian Yellow Limited Edition's changes are purely cosmetic. It will be available in three- and five-door body styles with a choice of three drivetrains.
A two-wheel drive manual diesel version with 148bhp will be the lowest-CO2 option, while a four-wheel drive automatic option will use a 187bhp version of the same 2.2-litre engine.
A petrol engine will be offered with 236bhp, but it is expected that most UK buyers will prefer the diesel options. Those choosing petrol power will also get four-wheel drive and an automatic gearbox as standard.
John Edwards, Land Rover Global Brand Director said: "The Sicilian Yellow Limited Edition is the perfect opportunity to introduce the Range Rover Evoque into 2013 and build on what is already a tremendous success story.
"Such a striking colour combination attributes itself to the already unique styling of the Evoque. This, combined with the release of the Black Design Pack in April, will provide customers with yet more appealing and unique choices."
