Rapist in blue Ford hunted by police

DETECTIVES are appealing for information after a 27-year-old woman was subjected to a terrifying rape ordeal in a park.

The attack happened late at night on Jackson's Field in New Road, Rochester.

The woman's ordeal began while she was in New Road and was approached by a car described as a dark blue 'N' registered Ford Escort.

Inside were two men. One of them got out of the vehicle and walked with the woman onto Jackson's Fields. There the woman, who lives in the Medway Towns, was subjected to an oral rape and beaten.

On his way back to the car, the attacker was challenged by a man who he punched in the face.

The incident occurred just before midnight on Wednesday, November 30. The offender is described as being aged about 22, 5ft 11in tall, medium build, with dark brown, cropped hair, He was clean-shaven. Police say he is of eastern European appearance.
