A mass call for refunds after the "shambles" Z008 concert remains unanswered.
In an exclusive interview, organisers of the festival would not confirm whether people would be getting their money back.
Instead they said they would assess each complaint on a case by case basis.

Promoters Wildlife Music Events admitted on Monday there had been ‘serious teething problems’ during the three-day festival at Port Lympne Wild Animal Park, and apologised unreservedly’ to all those affected.
KentOnline was deluged with complaints over the weekend from angry ticket holders, some of whom had paid as much as £135 for the weekend.
Issues included major acts failing to perform, massive queues upon arrival, complaints over campsite overcrowding, lack of drinkable water, and line-up and scheduling changes that caused considerable confusion.

Organisers blamed the majority of problems on a ‘miscalculation over cash flow’, which led to several acts being cancelled and Port Lympne – a charitable organization – having to step in with financial help.
It was the first festival for co-directors Ricardo Monty, Matt Dice and Danny Blanche –a trio of dance promoters who had previously only organised events in nightclubs.
Mr Monty said they had not anticipated so many people would arrive on the site early to set up camp – some as early as 6am on Friday – and this led to queues of up to four hours to enter the festival.
The sheer volume of people buying tickets for the event and to camp on the day also far exceeded expectations, causing overcrowding in some areas and a shortage of toilets and water.

Mr Monty said: “We’d like to apologise we have made a few mistakes here and we’re going to make sure this doesn’t happen again next year.”
