As Road Safety Awareness Week comes to a close we take a look at some of those who have lost their lives on Kent’s roads.

Every year nearly 100 people die in accidents on Kent’s roads. Here we commemorate a few of those killed.

Kent’s Chief Fire Officer Bill Feeley said: "Be a good driver and a safe driver. Safe doesn’t mean driving while using your mobile phone, it doesn’t mean driving while under the influence of drink or drugs.

"It means driving safely and having regard for everyone using the roads."
