AN ELDERLY woman had her bag snatched by a young cyclist as she walked in an alleyway.
The theft happened between Bloomsbury Road and Seafield Road in Ramsgate when the 78-year-old was asked the time by a boy who then grabbed the bag. It was later found in Seafield Road.
Police say a purse containing £5 was missing from the bag.
