AN INQUEST is due to be opened this Thursday (April 7) on an 18-year-old motorcyclist who died after an accident at the Lydden racing circuit near Dover last Sunday.

The rider has been named by Kent Police as James Fennings, from Borough Green, near Sevenoaks. He was taking part in one of the events at the track when the accident happened.

A post mortem examination has revealed the cause of death to be a fractured skull.
