The A2 at Canterbury has been re-opened after an accident which resulted in hundreds of litres of diesel being spilled on the road.
The crash happened just after 1pm on Friday, September 3 and the section between the Harbledown and Bridge junctions was closed with traffic being diverted.
The crash involved a lorry and a tractor and trailer. The lorry hit the central reservation and hundreds of litres of diesel from the lorry's ruptured fuel tank spilt onto the road.
The tractor rolled down a bank and the driver was taken to hospital as a precaution.
The road was cre-opened at 7am on Saturday after the fuel had been cleared up and repairs made to the carriageway.
