Another kmfm listener has been made £1,000 richer today.

Rochelle Honer from Maidstone won the second Thousand Pound Friday in as many weeks as part of the station's £6k summer giveaway.

Listeners heard cheers of excitement from her children and friends in the background as Drivetime presenter Rezzy announced the news.

For six weeks, kmfm is giving away a grand for listeners who take part in the competition, which is running every Friday from 7am.

Rochelle had been listening to kmfm in the garden all day enjoying a barbecue when she decided to enter the competition.

She plans to take the children to Chessington this weekend and aims to spend her birthday glamping.

The kmfm Street Team will deliver her the cash.

Tune in next Friday from 7am when kmfm's Thousand Pound Friday returns.

The winner will be announced just before 6pm.
