Chatham on the attack against Leatherhead on Saturday Picture: Peter Still
A goal two minutes from time earned Sittingbourne a point from a 2-2 draw with Whitehawk in Ryman League Division 1 South on Saturday.
With time running out at Bourne Park, Tom Bradbrook headed home to level the score.
Three minutes into the second half Bradbrook had set up Paul Semakula for the Brickies' first equaliser after Whitehawk had gone in front just before the break through Jarahl Hughes. The visitors had taken the lead again in the 62nd minute through Joe Gatting.
Chatham also came from behind to secure a draw. A shot by Leroy Huggins from an acute angle nine minutes from time made it 1-1 against Leatherhead after the Surrey side had taken the lead in the 71st minute when Greg Andrews converted a penalty.
Whitstable also drew 1-1, sharing the spoils with visitors Burgess Hill.
Both goals came late on, with an excellent finish from Ian Pulman giving the Oystermen the lead in the 80th minute and Billy Wells slipping the ball past Kevin Fewell two minutes from time for the equaliser.
Faversham Town slumped to a 4-1 defeat at Eastbourne Town - this after the Lilywhites had taken a ninth-minute lead through Danny Lye.
The home side equalised just before half-time and scored three more goals in the second half.
