Safer young driver conference

A one day event run by Brake, the road safety charity, aims to highlight the high proportion of young drivers involved in road deaths and injuries.

On Thursday, June 30, the Youth, Gender and Road Risk Conference will bring together world experts from academia, and practitioners who will discuss the latest research and initiatives for working with young drivers and male drivers.

This is the Road Safety Forum's ninth International congress and police officers are urged to attend the event. The conference will be held at the Royal College of Surgeons. For information call Brake on 01484 559909.
