POLICE in South Wales are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of a 41-year-old woman who has been missing from her home in Ammanford since October 6.

Rosemary Jane Hutton is described as white, approx 5ft8in tall, of slight build with long black hair. She is believed to be in possession of a white Rover 214 vehicle, registration number K918 MEJ.

It is likely she would be wearing a blue fleece and carrying a black rucksack with yellow stripes. She is known to have travelled extensively through Wales and the UK in the past.

Police say there are serious concerns for her safety and welfare. Anyone with information is asked to contact Ammanford police on 0845 3302000.
