A Kent man convicted of having sex on the beach in Dubai has not been allowed to fly home.

Vince Acors, 34, from Bromley, was due to come home on Friday but was detained as he was about to board his flight to Heathrow.

He was jailed for three months in July but his sentence was suspended on appeal.

He was due to deported on Friday but now finds himself back in jail.

His lawyer said the paperwork for the return flight is not being accepted at Dubai airport.
