KENT Police are warning people to be vigilant after a man exposed himself to a young girl.

The incident took place on the grassy area between the rear of Safeway and Heron Way, Chatham, at about 6.45pm on May 2,

The offender is described as white, in his 30s, blond, wearing a blue baseball cap, white shirt and white jogging bottoms.
