kmfm launches Shed Load of Toys Christmas appeal for youngsters in children's homes

Christmas is a time when loved ones come together.

But for some, it is not always possible to spend the festive season with their families.

kmfm has launched Shed Load of Toys - an appeal with one aim: to make this Christmas a nicer one for children spending time in care homes in Kent.

Sometimes just by buying someone a gift it can mean the world to them.

Simply donate an extra toy to one of the Skinners Sheds drop-off points listed below before Friday, December 16.

In the week before Christmas the kmfm Street Team will gather together all of the toys and deliver them to various children's homes in Kent.

They visited youngsters at Medway Maritime, Margate's QEQM, Pembury and Maidstone hospitals to dish them out.
