A shoplifter has been banned from every store in the country – except two in Strood.
Kellie Hiscock, 33, is only allowed to go to a chemist in Wells Road to pick up her methadone prescription and Morrisons on Monday mornings to go shopping with her gran.
She was given one last chance to turn her life around last August after coming out of prison.
But Hiscock, of Lilac Crescent, Strood, has again appeared before magistrates, where she admitted two more charges of shoplifting.
She also pleaded guilty to two charges of being in possession of heroin and crack cocaine.
Hiscock, who has a history of drug abuse, was granted conditional bail banning her from every shop in Britain – apart from Hobbs Pharmacy.
Magistrates also allowed her to go to Morrisons, in Knight Road, on Monday mornings to help her gran, who is suffering from health problems, with her shopping.
Last year, magistrates heard how Hiscock had managed to get herself clean while in prison and had begun making steps to improve her life.
She was handed an 18-month community order, which involved her being supervised by the probation service and carrying out 300 hours of unpaid work.
She was also ordered to complete a drug rehabilitation requirement order.
But since her appearance in August, Hiscock has again been charged with stealing goods from shops, including stealing from a petrol garage in Strood.
During the latest hearing, she also admitted four other similar offences which will be taken into consideration by magistrates at her sentencing.
She also pleaded guilty to the possession of class A drugs, the heroin and the cocaine.
Luke Meyer, defending, said: “Some of the matters pre-date her last court appearance.
“She had made great leaps and bounds on the community order and has been to every appointment and has completed part of her unpaid work requirement.
“She wants to get a full detox place to help her stop committing crime.
“She is looking at getting a residential place in Weymouth.”
The case against was adjourned for a pre-sentencing report.
Magistrate Hilary Noakes said: “An aggravating feature on one of the offences was that it was committed two days after the community order was granted.
“We are considering another high level community sentence.”
Hiscock will be sentenced at the same court on Thursday, March 10.
