POLICE were called to a suburban street after a resident allegedly threatened to kill a court bailiff with a shotgun.

The drama happened when the bailiff made a call to a house in Ramillies Road, Blackfen, near Sidcup.

The bailiff said the 35-year-old man produced a sawn-off shotgun and threatened to shoot him.
