Two Sittingbourne men have been remanded in custody charged with attempted murder.

Colin David Allen, known as Louie, and Anthony William Martin, 48, both of Harkness Court, appeared before Sittingbourne magistrates this afternoon following a violent clash on Tuesday.

A 47-year-old Sittingbourne woman has been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

The men were remanded for a plea and directions hearing on December 3.
