Kent's drivers are risking a long spell in jail - every time they hop in their cars.
According to a poll carried out by KentOnline many of us are potentially flouting new laws, which came into force this week.
Under the changes, drivers can be put behind bars if they kill someone while eating, texting or even tuning their radio.
And, according to our poll, almost half of us adjust our radios while driving.

A shocking 45 per cent of us will change channels while driving, with a further 26 per cent eating a snack while on the road.
Nearly one in 10 of us have adjusted the sat nav on the move, and a further three per cent have folded out the map for directions.
But just three per cent of us put on make-up while on the go.
Perhaps the most surprising figure is 10 per cent of us have actually sent a text while negotiating roundabouts and junctions!
