Owners of the original Ford Focus RS searching for genuine spares now have access to around £1 million worth in a single warehouse.
The National Clearance Centre operated by Salisbury based Foray Motor Group holds a vast stock of obscure and slow moving parts for older Ford cars, vans and commercial vehicles.
Some of its stock dates back to the 1980s and the company has just bought all the remaining Mk 1 Focus RS spares previously held by Ford in the UK.
Fast wearing brake components, steering racks, plus rear springs, exhaust manifolds, body quarter panels, differentials and many more parts are now safely stored for supply to individual owners and trade customers keen to keep the popular RS model fettled and offering peak performance.
"The RS has a very distinct following and the limited number made by Ford means that they are keenly sought in the used market," explained Howard Jenkins aftersales director for Foray.
"Owners will want to use original Ford parts wherever possible to ensure the originality of their cars and we pioneered the online sale of parts across the world through our NCC several years ago," he added.
"We have a very experienced online sales team who can dispatch parts from our total of £10 million of Ford stock swiftly to anywhere in the world."
