THREE complaints against misleading adverts from a Kent spine centre have been upheld by the Advertising Standards Agency (ASA).

It found two leaflets falsely implied Christian Farthing, of the Ideal Spine Centre at Blean, near Canterbury, was a registered chiropractor or doctor and that the centre could treat serious conditions such as migraine.
