DETECTIVES investigating the fatal stabbing of a man found in his flat have released without charge a 25-year-old man arrested on Sunday.

A 23-year old man and a 19-year-old woman remain in custody following the murder of 26-year-old David Gavin.

His body was discovered in the flat in Athelstan Road, Margate, on Wednesday last week.
