Store raiders threaten staff with knife

KENT Police are appealing for information after two robbers entered a Lidl store and threatened staff with a knife as they demanded cash.

The incident happened at the store in Farleigh Hill, Tovil, near Maidstone. The two offenders used rucksacks to carry the cash and ran out of the shop into Farleigh Hill.

Both raiders are described as white males. One is aged approximately 28, 6ft 2ins tall with light, blond hair, wearing a blue hooded top and a baseball cap.

The other is described as aged approximately 25, of proportionate build, and 5ft 8ins to 5ft 9ins tall. He was wearing a blue hooded top and white trainers.
