Winds of up to 55mph are set to hit Kent this weekend.
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for the county as Storm Hannah heads in from the west.
Motorists are being warned to expect difficult driving conditions as the likelihood of falling trees and power outages rise.
There is a chance of an isolated thunderstorm this evening, before a yellow wind warning comes into force from 9pm tonight and remains until 3pm on Saturday.
Outbreaks of rain will be seen in Kent overnight, however, the main worry are the strong gusts of wind which will increase early tomorrow morning.
The low pressure, which will bring gusts from between 40mph to 50mph, will weaken and clear by the late afternoon.
Sunday is set to remain generally dry and temperatures will rise again early next week.
