Medway students are asking for help in putting together a charity fashion show.

Pupils from Hundred of Hoo school, in Main Road, Hoo, are holding the show on Thursday, February 5.

All proceeds will be donated to The Oliver Fisher Special Care Baby Trust, based at Medway Maritime Hospital, Gillingham.

But the nine Year 10 children have been struggling to get high street shops to donate clothes for the show, which is part of their two-year diploma in creative and media.

Jodi Searle, 15, said: “Our form tutor’s son was at the unit so it means a lot to us and the other teachers.”

Jodi said she and her fellow students had tried Top Shop and River Island but were told they were unlikely to get sent any clothes before the show.

The modelling of the clothes, and the dancing which is also part of the show, will be performed by other students of the school.
