SEVEN people are due to appear at Dartford magistrates court this morning charged with violent disorder following a suspected racially motivated attack.
The six men and one women aged between 15 and 32 all come from the Gravesend area.
Three people were taken to hospital with injuries ranging from a broken nose to cuts and bruises following an attack at 11pm on Saturday evening at Red Chilli takeaway restaurant in Waterdales, Northfleet.
Members of staff were assaulted both inside and outside of the restaurant and the shop and vehicles belonging to the staff were damaged.
Police arrested eight people, one of who has since been released on bail.
