Time is running out for buyers looking to take advantage of the Bovis Homes stamp duty holiday.
The housebuilder has developments at Abbey Place in Sheppey, Aspire in Singlewell, near Gravesend, and Meadowbank in Great Easthall Farm, Sittingbourne where it will still pay the stamp duty for anyone buying a home costing between £125,000 and £250,000 – a saving of up to £2,500.
Kevin Wilkins of Bovis Homes said: “When the Government’s own extremely successful stamp duty holiday finished in March we picked up the baton and decided to carry it on until the end of June.
“Unlike the Government’s scheme, we are also including existing homeowners, as well as first-time buyers, so everyone can benefit.
