A teenager has been charged with death by dangerous driving following a fatal accident in which 16-year-old Samantha Cundall died.

Charlene Arnold, 19, of Lower Road, West Farleigh, has been bailed to appear at Maidstone magistrates court on November 20.

Sam, from Tovil, died on May 7 when the Ford Fiesta she was passenger in collided with a skip in St Michael’s Close, Aylesford.
