POLICE are appealing for information after a teenager died in an off-road motorcycle crash.

The incident happened at around 2.20pm on Saturday in Oaken Wood, just off Hermitage Lane in Barming, near Maidstone.

The 17-year old died shortly after he was taken to Maidstone Hospital. Police want to hear from anyone who was in the wood or nearby areas on Saturday afternoon.
