A TEENAGER has been charged with the murder of a 30-year-old man at a Chatham bed and breakfast guesthouse. The murdered man has been named as Caerwin Ankers.

A 17-year-old man from Northfleet will appear at Medway magistrates' court tomorrow (Thursday) accused of the killing.

Police launched a murder inquiry after the body of Mr Ankers was found just after 5pm on Monday in the top floor flat of the Phoenix guesthouse in Chatham's Maidstone Road.
