Two German men charged with terrorism offences after they were arrested at the Port of Dover have been remanded in custody.
Christian David Erkart Heinz Emde, 28, and Robert Baum, 23, appeared at the City of Westminster Magistrates Court yesterday.
They are due to return to the same court on Wednesday, August 24.
Both men are accused of collecting or possessing information likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism.
They were arrested at the port by officers from the South East Counter Terrorism Unit on July 15.
