There will be a chill in the air at St Margaret’s next week but it won’t have anything to do with the weather.
Members of the St Margaret’s Players will be bringing The Snow Queen to life in the village.
The production, which opens on Thursday, January 22 at St Margaret’s Hall, has been written by member Michael Buchanan-Smart, who has created many pantomimes.
In this version the evil Snow Queen, played by Natalie Fielding, has imprisoned Prince Kay (Tracy Bolton) in her Ice Palace at the North Pole. He must complete the repair of the Eternity Mirror which will give her world domination.
The Snow Queen runs until Saturday, January 24 with performances at 7.30pm and a matinee at 2pm on Saturday Tickets cost £6 and £4 for children and are available from Marshall & Clarke, The Village Stores, The Chapel Tea Rooms and The White Cliffs Hotel, all in the village, or from the box office on 01304 389005.
