Here are the latest batch of people who have faced justice.

North Kent

A motorist has been banned from the road after driving with cannabis in his system.

Lewis Back, 27, appeared at magistrates in Sevenoaks on February 7, where he admitted driving above the legal drug-drive limit.

Back, of Brisbane Road, Dorset, was caught driving by police in Dartford on October 6, last year.

When stopped, he gave a reading of 4.5 microgrammes of cannabis in one litre of blood - the legal limit is two.

Magistrates banned Back from the road for three years and fined him £120. He was also ordered to pay a £34 surcharge and costs of £85.

A driver who got behind the wheel while over the legal drink and drug-driving limit has been disqualified from the road.

Charlie Baker, 45, appeared before magistrates in Sevenoaks on February 14, where he admitted the charges.

Baker, of London Road, Farningham, was caught driving while over the limits by police in Gravesend on June 17, last year.

When he was given a breath test, he gave a reading of 42 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit of 35.

Baker also gave a reading of 2.7 microgrammes of cannabis in one litre of blood - again above the legal limit of two.

He was also found to have had more than 200 microgrammes of cocaine in his body - the legal limit is 50.

Magistrates banned Baker from driving for two years, and he was ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.

A man who was caught driving while over the legal drink-driving limit has has been ordered off the road for 18 months.

Julian Cala, 43, appeared before magistrates in Maidstone on January 26, where he admitted drink-driving.

Cala, of Caravel Close, Essex, was caught by police driving in Chatham, on December 31.

When he was given a breath test, he gave a reading of 65 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit of 35.

Magistrates banned Cala for the period and fined him £553. They also ordered him to pay a £55 surcharge and £85 costs.

A man has been banned from driving after getting behind the wheel while over the drug-driving limit.

Balraj Sabharwal, 33, appeared before magistrates in Maidstone on February 9, where he admitted the charge.

Sabharwal, from Jellicoe Avenue, Gravesend, was caught by police driving over the limit in Northfleet on June 12, last year.

When stopped, he gave a reading of 17 microgrammes of cocaine in one litre of blood - the legal limit is 10.

Magistrates banned Sabharwal from driving for two years and fined him £553. He was also ordered to pay a £55 surcharge and £85 costs.

A motorist has been banned from driving after causing a danger on the road while over the legal drink-driving limit.

Krzysztof Smajdo, 38, appeared before magistrates in Maidstone on February 14, where he admitted drink-driving and a charge of causing a danger to other road users.

Smajdo, of no fixed address, but from the Medway area, was caught by police in Maidstone on December 18.

When he was given a breath test, he gave a reading of 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit is 35.

Magistrates banned Smajdo from the road for 18 months and fined him £1,000. They also ordered him to pay a £100 surcharge and £85 costs.

A man who got behind the wheel more than twice the legal drink-driving limit has been banned from the road.

Marcel Soare, 37, appeared before magistrates in Maidstone on February 1, where he admitted driving while over the legal limit and a charge of causing a danger to other road users.

Soare, of Vale Road, Gravesend, was caught driving by police in Maidstone on January 8.

When he was given a breath test, he gave a reading of 90 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit is 35.

Soare was disqualified from driving for two years, and was ordered to carry out 50 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.

Magistrates also ordered him to pay a £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

A man who had no insurance and got behind the wheel while over the drug-driving limit has been banned from the road for 18 months.

Carl Thompson, 22, appeared before magistrates in Sevenoaks on February 14, where he admitted both offences.

Thompson, of Glimmer Way, Wainscott, also admitted driving in a condition likely to cause danger or injury in Halling, on September 14.

When stopped, he gave a reading of 800 microgrammes of benzoylecgonine (cocaine) in one litre of blood - the legal limit is 50.

Thompson also gave a reading of 32 microgrammes of cocaine in one litre of blood, the legal limit is 10.

Magistrates banned him for the period and fined him £460. He was also ordered to pay a £76 surcharge and £160 costs.

East Kent

A driver who got behind the wheel more than twice the legal limit for drink-driving has been disqualified from the road.

Petru Andries, 45, appeared before magistrates in Folkestone on February 9, where he admitted the offence.

Andries, of Stodmarsh Road, Canterbury, was caught by police while driving over the limit in Forwich, on January 19.

When given a breath test, he gave a reading of 92 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit is 35.

Magistrates banned Andries from the road for three years, and ordered him to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.

He was also ordered to pay a £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

A man has been jailed after officers found him in possession of cannabis.

Alfie Ball, 23, appeared before magistrates in Folkestone on February 17, where he pleaded guilty to being in possession of the Class B drug.

Ball, of Cheriton Road, Folkestone, was found with the drug in his hometown on February 16.

Magistrates locked him up for 26 weeks and ordered to pay a £128 surcharge.

A woman who got behind the wheel while over the drug-drive limit has been banned from the road for three years.

Jenna Bispham, 28, appeared before magistrates in Folkestone on January 26, where she admitted drug-driving and possession of cannabis.

Bispham, of Paxton Avenue, Folkestone, was caught by police while driving over the limit in her hometown on July 25.

When stopped, she gave a reading greater than 200 microgrammes of benzoylecgonine (cocaine) in in one litre of blood. The legal limit is 50.

Bispham also gave a reading of 2.7 microgrammes of cannabis in one litre of blood. The legal limit is two and was also found in possession of cannabis.

Magistrates not only disqualified her for the period, but she was also fined £50 and ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.

Bispham must also pay a £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

A motorist has been banned from the road after getting behind the wheel with drugs in his system and driving without insurance.

Patrick Bledy, 28, appeared before magistrates in Folkestone on February 9, where he admitted both charges.

Bledy, from Salisbury Road, Dover, was caught by police while driving in his hometown on August 25.

When stopped, he gave a reading of 3.2 microgrammes of cannabis in one litre of blood - the legal limit is two.

Magistrates banned Bledy from the road for 22 months and fined him £120. He was also ordered to pay a £34 surcharge and £85 costs.

A driver who got behind the wheel while twice the legal drink-driving limit has been banned from the road.

Egils Boriss, 36, appeared before magistrates in Margate on February 8, where he admitted the charge.

Boriss, of St Mildred's Road, Ramsgate, was caught by police while driving over the limit in Margate on September 25.

When stopped, he gave a reading of 160 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood - twice the legal limit of 80.

Magistrates banned Boriss for 18 months and ordered him to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. He was also ordered to pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

A drug user has been banned from the road after driving under the influence of cannabis and cocaine.

Sam Modi, 24, appeared before magistrates in Folkestone on February 9, and admitted drug-driving.

Modi, of The Street, Deal, was caught by police while driving in Sandwich on August 28, last year.

When stopped, Modi gave a reading of 4.2 microgrammes of cannabis in one litre of blood. The legal limit is two.

Modi also gave a reading of 153 microgrammes of Benzoylecgonine (cocaine) in one litre of blood. The legal limit 50.

Sascha Potts, 36, appeared before magistrates in Margate on February 1, where she admitted the offence.

Potts, of Anthony Crescent, Whitstable, was caught by police while driving over the limit in Whitstable on December 29.

When she was given a breath test, Potts gave a reading of 67 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.

Magistrates banned her from the road for 18 months and fined her £500. She was also ordered to pay a £85 surcharge and £50 costs.

Kirsty Sleeman, 48, appeared before magistrates in Folkestone on January 26, where she admitted drink-driving.

Sleeman, of Eugene Cottages, Ashford, was caught by police while driving in her hometown on December 24, while over the legal limit.

When given a breath test, she gave a reading of 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.

Magistrates banned Sleeman from the road for 22 months and fined here £415. She was also ordered to pay a £42 surcharge and £85 costs.

A teenager has been disqualified from driving after getting behind the wheel while over the drink-drive limit.

Oscar Taylor, 18, appeared before magistrates in Folkestone on February 9, where he admitted drink-driving.

Taylor, of Lees Road, Ashford, was caught by police while driving in Hythe on January 8.

When given a breath test, he gave a reading of 97 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit is 35.

Magistrates banned Taylor from the road for 23 months and ordered him to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months.

He was also ordered to pay a £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

A banned motorist who got behind the wheel again while over the legal limit has been banned from the road again.

Aleksei Tsarkov, 34, appeared before magistrates in Folkestone on February 9, where he admitted drink-driving, driving without a licence and without insurance.

Tsarkov, of Wincheap, Canterbury, was caught by police while driving in Chartham on July 26, last year.

When stopped, he gave a reading of 203 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine. The legal limit is 107.

Tsarkov was disqualified for 22 months and fined £553. Magistrates also ordered him to pay a £55 surcharge and £85 costs.

A disqualified driver has been banned from the road after getting behind the wheel without insurance and with a fake registration plate.

Mark Walker, 25, appeared before magistrates in Margate on February 1.

Walker, of St Vincent's Close, Whitstable, admitted driving without a licence or insurance and driving with a fraudulent registration plate, in his hometown, on December 30.

Magistrates banned him from the road for three years and fined £120. He was also ordered to a pay £34 surcharge.

Billy Weir Sommerville, 31, appeared before magistrates in Sevenoaks, where he admitted drink-driving.

Sommerville, of Enbrook Valley, Folkestone, was caught by police while driving over the limit in Hythe on January 8.

When given a breath test, he gave a reading of 92 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.

Magistrates banned Sommerville from the road for 24 months and fined him £600. He was also ordered to pay a £60 surcharge and £85 costs.

A man has been sentenced to community work after attacking someone.

Levi Lawrence, 23, appeared before magistrates in Margate on February 22, where he admitted assaulting a person causing actual bodily harm.

The attack happened in Margate, on April 13.

Lawrence was ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months and magistrates also ordered him to pay compensation of £300, a £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

A motorist has been disqualfiied from driving aftr getting behind the wheel while over the drink-drive limit.

Macaulay Murray, 27, appeared before magistrates in Folkestone on February 23, where he admitted the offence.

Murray, from Leander Close, Deal, was caught by police while driving over the limit in his hometown on January 23.

When given a breath test, he gave a reading of 99 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit is 35.

Magistrates banned him from the road for 24 months, and ordered him to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months.

Murray was also ordered to pay a £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

A man has been banned from the road after driving while disqualified and without insurance.

Paul Warrior, 28, appeared before magistrates in Margate on February 22, where he admitted driving without a licence and insurance.

Warrior, of Burma Crescent, Canterbury, was caught by police driving in his hometown on July 31, last year.

He jailed for 84 days, but the term was suspended for 18 months and he was disqualified from driving for a total of 12 months.

Magistrates also ordered Warrior to pay a £128 surcharge and £300 costs.

A man who drove while over the legal drug-drive limit has been banned from the road for three years.

John Reddyhoff, 36, of Strode Park Road, Herne Bay, was sentenced on February 23, at Maidstone Magistrates’ Court.

He pleaded guilty to driving above the legal drug-drive limit, in Herne Bay, on 8 October 2021.

When stopped he gave a reading of 253 microgrammes of Benzoylecgonine (cocaine) in one litre of blood. The legal limit is 50.

Reddyhoff was disqualified from driving for the period and fined £300. He was also ordered to pay a £34 surcharge and costs of £85.

West Kent

A man who admitted several driving offences, including drug-driving has been banned from the road and fined.

Ismail Babatunde, 28, appeared before magistrates in Sevenoaks on February 14, where he admitteddrug-driving, speeding on a motorway, and resisting a constable in execution of duty in Sevenoaks on July 27, last year.

When stopped, Babatunde, of Kimberley Avenue, London, gave a reading of 363 microgrammes of Benzoylecgonine (cocaine) in one litre of blood. the legal limit is 50.

Magistrates banned him for 36 months and fined him £100. He was also ordered to pay a £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

A thief has avoided jail after carrying out a burglary in Maidstone on July 19, last year.

Tom Buckley, 32, appeared before magistrates in Maidstone on February 3, where he pleaded guilty to the break in.

Buckley, of St. Clair Close, Surrey, was jailed for six months but the term was suspended for two years, and he was also fined £50.

He was also ordered to pay a £128 surcharge and £250 costs.

A man admitted drug-driving and driving without insurance when he appeared in court.

Jason Burr, 51, appeared before magistrates in Sevenoaks on February 14, where he admitted both charges.

Burr, of Oaktree Avenue, Maidstone, was caught by police while driving in his hometown on September 7, when he committed the offences.

When stopped, he gave a reading of 713 microgrammes of Benzoylecgonine (cocaine) in one litre of blood. The legal limit is 50.

Burr also gave a reading of 26 microgrammes of Cocaine in one litre of blood - the legal limit is 10.

Magistrates banned him from the road for 18 months and fined him £400. He was also ordered to pay a £120 surcharge and £160 costs.

William Hammond, 25, appeared before magistrates in Sevenoaks, where he admitted drink-driving.

Hammond, of Beacon Road, Crowborough, was caught by police while driving over the limit in Cranbrook on January 11.

When given a breath test, he gave a reading of 103 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.

Magistrates banned him from the road for 24 months. Hammond was also ordered to pay a £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

A man has been banned from driving after getting behind the wheel while unfit through drugs.

Aleksandar Rakas, 44, appeared before magistrates in Margate on February 4.

Rakas, of Beddington Road, Orpington, admitted drug-driving in Harrietsham on March 12 last year.

Magistrates banned him from the road for 24 months and ordered him to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work within 12 months. Rakas was also ordered to pay a £95 surcharge and £310 costs.

A dangerous driver has been has been banned from the road.

Gurmit Singh, 42, appeared before magistrates in Maidstone on February 9, where he admitted a charge of dangerous driving.

Singh, of Wadeville Avenue, Romford, carried out the offence in West Malling on June 21, last year.

Magistrates banned him from the road for 12 months and ordered him to carry out 300 hours of unpaid work within 12 months.

Singh was also ordered to pay a £95 surcharge and costs of £85.

A man has been banned from the road after getting behind the wheel while three times the legal drink-drive limit.

Toby Tapp, 21, appeared before magistrates in Maidstone on February 15, where he admitted causing danger on the road and drink-driving.

Tapp, of Brewer Street, Lamberhurst, was caught by police while driving in Flimwell, East Sussex, on January 29.

When given a breath test, he gave a reading of 108 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - the legal limit is 35.

Magistrates banned Tapp from the road for 23 months and ordered him to carry out 40 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. He was also ordered to pay £95 surcharge and £85 costs.

Mark Golding, 52, appeared before magistrates in Maidstone on February 23, where he admitted the offence.

Koagan Koyi, 25, appeared before magistrates in Sevenoaks on February 23.

Koyi, of Birkenhead Street, London, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver, in Maidstone, on May 17 and 18, last year.

Magistrates banned Koyi for 24 months and fined him £660. He was also ordered to pay £63 surcharge and £110 costs.

A man who got behind the wheel while over the drink-drive limit and drove without insurance, has been disqualified.

Darius Lutinskas, 45, appeared before magistrates in Maidstone on February 22, where he admitted drink-driving and driving without insurance.

Lutinskas, of Rowan Tree Road, Tunbridge Wells, was caught by police while driving in Paddock Wood on January 9.

When given a breath test, he gave a reading of 107 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath - almost three times above the legal limit of 35.

Magistrates banned him from the road for 40 months and fined him £461.

Lutinskas was also ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months, pay a £95 surcharge and costs of £85.

Daniel Shuttleworth, 31, appeared before magistrates in Sevenoaks on February 22, where he admitted a charge of driving dangerously and above the drug limit.

Shuttleworth, of Ovenden Road, Sevenoaks, was caught by police while driving in Sundridge on June 22, last year.

When stopped, he gave a reading of 296 microgrammes of Benzoylecgonine (cocaine) in one litre of blood. The legal limit is 50.

Magistrates banned Shuttleworth for 18 months and fined him £425. He was also ordered to pay a £43 surcharge and costs of £85.
