Three cars were involved in an accident near the McDonald's restaurant on the Thanet Way at Chestfield on Tuesday afternoon.
A Rover 25 and a Renault Clio were damaged. The third car escaped unscathed.
Paramedics were called and one woman complained of neck pain.
The crash happened just before 3pm.
