A woman had to be cut from her car after a three-vehicle crash on the A228 near West Malling.

Fire crews had to free the woman after the accident, which happened at around 1.30pm Tuesday.

The three vehicles involved were a grey Peugeot 206, a silver Peugeot 406 and a white van.

The victim was taken to Maidstone Hospital with minor injuries. The road was closed for some time after the accident.
