THE driver of this car astounded passers by in the way it had been “parked” , having narrowly avoided a substantial tree by inches when it careered off the road.

The crash happened at the bottom of Rocks Hill in Frittenden, near Cranbrook, close to the junction with Grandshore Lane on Wednesday afternoon and involved two cars. No-one was hurt.
